I was reading about Ruth and came across something that really hit home with me...
Never assume that what happens in your life is merely a matter of chance or coincidence. Remember: God is at work, divinely orchestrating events to bring about His purpose in your life.
It seems so easy to find yourself complaining about this or that: work, money, where you live, the clothes you have or don't have, health, the frigid morning air that hits your face as you run outside at 6:30 a.m. to get your dog to stop barking...
But you know what? I've devoted my life to Him and I need to do my best to live according to His will. And if that means jumping on the roller coaster and just hanging on for dear life...then count me in.
*Disclaimer: I'm sure it won't be nearly as scary as this little girl is making it out to be...
