Meet, Izzy. Our new 3.5 month shepherd mix from the humane society. She was full of energy when we first met her but has calmed down quite a bit since getting her home (thank goodness). She has had two doggie play dates that have gone great! I can't say her meeting with Antone the cat went quite as well.
Our next investment is a good rug to put in the living room. Poor thing slides all over the place on our wood floors. But she doesn't spend too much time on the floor, this is her favorite place to rest...

I'm SHOCKED that Antone wasn't friendly to Izzy. ha-ha. He kind of runs the Turner house in Newton :)
